Here’s what photographer Chris Klopf messaged author Scott Hulet in an attempt to lure him to the Dominican Republic: “Big red snapper, Cap. Sandbars. Shorebreak. A town full of Euros, so bouillabaisse and cioppino. It’s out east, bro. Way east.” Hulet bit, knowing an ace road-dog like Klopf never wastes your time. The result was 10 pages in TSJ 35.1.
