Photographics Prints

What size prints do you offer?

Our photographic prints are available in four sizes: 8 x 12 inches, 12 x 18 inches, 18 x 24 inches, 28 x 36 inches and 34 inches x 54 inches.

Do you offer custom sizes?

We do. Please contact us at prints@surfersjournal.com if you would like to arrange a quote for a custom order.

How are your prints made?

Printed and framed locally in Costa Mesa, California on fine-art flat paper with original Epson inks. All matboards are high alpha cellulose conservation grade with 100 percent acid-free foamcore backing.

I’ve seen a photograph in your journal, but it’s not offered in your shop. Am I able to purchase it as a print?

Possibly. If you see an image in the Journal you are interested in please contact prints@surfersjournal.com, and we can contact the photographer for permission.

I’ve placed an order but want to make changes

In the event you’d like to make changes to an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, it will be shipped as ordered.


Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship all products worldwide.

I’ve ordered a print. When will I receive it?

You will receive tracking once your order has been shipped. Items are made to order, so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Where are you based?

Our office is in San Clemente, California.


Returns

Return policy for Photographic Prints

Purchases of framed prints are final. All prints and frames are custom made as you order them, and thus we are unable to accept exchanges or returns.

My print has been damaged in transit?

If your print has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing prints@surfersjournal.com for assistance. Also, please keep all original packaging and contents as we require photos or a physical return to process your claim.
