Property:

Situated in Bocas Del Drago on the northwest side of Isla Colon, also known as Bocas Del Toro, the property consists of approximately 32 acres of undeveloped land along with a 17 acre wildlife reserve, and the property has 610 feet of beach. The beachfront can be accessed by boat, unusual in the area because most of the coastline sits along the open ocean. However, this property is protected by a reef system just off the beach, keeping the water along the location calm.

Though the reef acts as a barrier from open ocean swells and storms, the distance is not too far to paddle to the surf. The main wave is an uncrowded, mellow pointbreak right in front of the property.

Location:

In addition to the wave and the ocean, the land is made up of rolling hills with incredible mountain views , as well as close access to Costa Rica to the north. There is a a freshwater spring that flows all year. The town of Bocas, where there is an airport, is a 20-minute ride by car or boat, and there is a bus stop that is a 5-minute walk from the property. This land is ideal for a high-end bed and breakfast or resort.

Price:

$995,000 USD. Please contact Rosemary at casablancadrago@yahoo.com for serious enquiries.
