Jamie Brisick finds friend, mentor, and former surf coach Derek Hynd at Jack McCoy’s office in Sydney. Through Derek’s friendship and lessons Jamie went on to also become a surf journalist. At age 52 Derek has reverted back to the day’s of childhood on a surfboard, riding finless boards and doing more 360s on a wave than one can imagine.
