I just wanted to share this picture of myself, on the left, and my friend Keith Chapman, with a few UN peace keepers. We live and surf in Monrovia, Liberia. These ladies, who are part of the United Nations peace keeping force in Liberia, are part of an all women's battalion that's specially assigned to guard the president. We were honored to have our picture with them while they kept the beach safe when the president was visiting the area. It's not often that you're carrying your board down the beach next to someone carrying their AK-47.
