Further Selections from Surfrider Foundation's 25th Anniversary Art for the Oceans Auction:

Shepard Fairey on Jaws
In the prop wash of his ubiquitous Obama Hope poster, Fairey answered Surfrider¹s call for a major work on the giant called Jaws. One of the true stars of this year¹s event, this is an exceedingly rare chance to own an original piece from one of America¹s most iconic visual artists.

Sandow Birk on Mundaka
Widely traveled, profoundly witty, and unrepentantly prolific, Birk always sets the bar high. From his interpretations of Dante to his illustration of an "American Koran," Sandow refuses to shrink from controversy. Typically, he¹s included an honest observational component in his take on Spain¹s dream rivermouth left, Mundaka.

Thomas Campbell on Pipeline
Whether building films, casting bronze, producing music, or slinging paint, Thomas Campbell always has something to say. Sometimes witty, sometimes critical, sometimes silly (just to see the looks on our faces, it would seem), Campbell revels in the pure act of creating. Assigned with rendering a version of Pipeline, the hotly-collected artist opted to lay down his work on a section of found surfboard.

Melinda Morey on Restaurants, Fiji
Melinda Morey is a Hawaii-based artist with impeccable, yet emotive, draftsmanship. Having grown up immersed in the surf scene (thanks in part to father, Tom Morey) Melinda has a gift for focusing on compelling and dramatic segments of our ride, then rendering beautiful vignettes from them.
