To all our filmmaker friends -- or those who are simply fans of the surf movie -- introducing "The Surf Film Contest," presented by the Amstel Surfilm Festibal. As the Festibal returns once again to San Sebastian, Spain, this year the function at the European junction will feature a 6,000€ prize for the "Best Feature Film of the Year," and another 1,500€ prize for the "Best Short Film of the Year."
